Head for Wokingham via Cemetry Junction.

Go past the turn off for ballet.

Go over the huge confusing roundabout
(following signs for Wokingham A329)

Keep going until you get to traffic lights at crossroads at Sainsburys
(stay in right hand lane)

Turn right at the traffic lights
(road is called Kings St Lane B3030)

After about 250meters turn right into churchill drive.

Take 2nd left into Russell Way.

At end of Russell Way turn right into Welby Crescent (number 6)
